Greetings! I'm Yolanda Christopher, a wife to a wonderful man who is an awesome father to our sons who are 2&3 years old. I am currently a stay at home mom and am loving every moment. I'm originally from Texas, but decided to make Metro Atlanta my home upon graduating from Spelman College with a B.A. in Economics in 2004. Prior to starting our family and making the decision to stay at home with our children I worked in the banking industry and in higher education in the financial aid department.
As I interact with other mothers/ women, whether it is in my moms group
(Mocha Moms) or in the grocery store, I find my brain was no longer being picked about finances or how to fund a child's education. Instead I am asked my opinion on the latest kids toys, family friendly events, parenting tips, married life, about my natural hair, etc. I love to share with others and hope that my writings will have a positive effect on those who read it!
